I am seeking support to commrcialize two separate innovations:

1.ARCS- Ocean Thermal Power, Electrical power generation utilizing the temperature gradient in the Ocean. A design has been developed using established proven technologies and components.
ARCS could be used to provide emission free base load electrical power to 2/3 world's population and is not be subject to vagaries of weather as with wind and Solar. It would be reliable, profitable and of known performance, as the thermal mass of the ocean is near constant.
ARCS could also be used in conjunction with proven reverse osmosis to provide desalinated water including for irrigation to stop deforestation in sub Sahara.

REHM- Recovery of Methane from Hydrates, the most abundant fossil fuel on earth. Utilisation of REHM that uses Electro Magnetic Resonance (EMR)will enable harnessing of Methane from the hydrates. Use of it could will decrease emissions by 50%(from current mix) and existing global energy infrastructure could be used.
