		<description>&lt;p&gt;Interesting post.  I hope we see this in the U.S. sooner than later.  I would be surprised if GM and Ford jump on board with this because it would make too much sense.  I think there is a huge demand out there for hybrids and greener cars if the companies would just take advantage.&lt;/p&gt;
