		<description>&lt;p&gt;It&#039;s only a matter of time before LEDs replace incandescent and CFL bulbs.  The main consideration right now is product cost, but as GE and Philips move into mainstream production, costs- and prices - will fall accordingly.&lt;/p&gt;
