		<description>&lt;p&gt;Green energy is definitely the best solution in most cases.  Technology like solar energy, wind power, fuel cells, zaps electric vehicles, EV hybrids, etc have come so far recently. Green energy even costs way less than oil and gas in many cases.&lt;/p&gt;

		<description>&lt;p&gt;i have made contact with tesla . i have  the knowledge to become the largest electric auto dealership in mid atlantic seaboard. this has become the golden apple for money spending. retirement paradise , largest military army base ,marine air station , marine corpse base , largest air force base 
  all within a 100 miles of each other. militay means , money and alot of jobs for the local people. retirement mean more spending to save (ON GAS) and more jobs for local. they need to save on gas to.&lt;/p&gt;
