Typical Prius NiMH only do a 30-50% DoD. 500 cycles at 100% DoD would equate to at least 3 times as much at 50% DoD and at 30% DoD you are looking at thousands. Look at how it wil be used. Toyota really worked the powermanagment to get long life out of the NiMH.</p> 500 cycles at 100% DoD.
