		<description>&lt;p&gt;Good news. Resistive heat loss from the world&#039;s electrical circuits to the atmosphere has gotten little attention in the global warming equation. Roof-top PV power plants minimizes this contribution compared to all other alternatives, significantly so if they become commonplace. Lowering global temperatures will help nuclear power plants to better cool themselves, which increasingly have had more shutdowns resulting from warmer intake waters.&lt;/p&gt;
