Intel’s SpectraWatt Gets Silicon from PV Crystalox Solar: We already told you chipmaker Intel spun out solar startup Spectrawatt. Now the spin-off has sourced its silicon for the next five years from PV Crystalox Solar – Gunter Portfolio.

Energy Recovery Aims for $112M IPO: The San Leandro, Calif.-based company, which makes energy recovery devices for the desalination industry, set an estimated price range of $7-$9 per share. Citi and Credit Suisse are underwriting the offering under the ticker ERII – Market Watch.
