I agree Oregon is progressive, but that is just one state out of the many that have no renewable energy polices and don&#039;t have any support for solar and wind.&lt;/p&gt;

		<description>&lt;p&gt;Yes, at least the Europe is talking about renewable energy. Here in America all I hear about is Clean Coal and Nuclear Energy, for some reason the US Fed. Govt. dislikes the idea of people learning how to generate their own power. Decentralized power makes the most sense, because of efficency, in our current centralized power economy, most of the electricity we generate at the source is lost in transmission. I saw bring the power to the people!&lt;/p&gt;
