Clinton is just looking to make money just like the rest of the eco-nazi's. Democrats still have not acknowledged the NEGATIVE impacts that this will have on global trading. The US already has far stricter environmental policies than China and India (the world's two largest polluters) so who's going to make them play by the rules! American manufacturing will continue to move overseas where environmental policies are lax. Our electric bills will go up because of cap/trade or carbon taxes being imposed. This is just a big money making scheme.</p> Where was this manifesto back when he was POTUS? Clinton is just looking to make money just like the rest of the eco-nazi’s.
