Cuomo has developed a reputation as a bully in NY pushing others around to get his way whether he is right or wrong. Lately blogs post he is threatening a woman in NY for not playing games and chasing him when he tried to date her then double cross her. Cuomo is one guy– an image– in public and another very negative guy in private. What an actor! Reaching a deal with Xcel is just a way for him to get his name in the press not to actually make change for the better.
