		<description>&lt;p&gt;This to me is the smartest way to get renewable energy and i hope more utilities follow Duke and the west coasts lead. There are two main reasons;
1. it does not require using more space but rather using &quot;wasted&quot; space and will help lower cooling bills of wherever it is installed (who cares how much, anything is better than nothing)
2. It will provide energy right where it is needed with minimal transmission losses. if the structure with the panels on top doesn&#039;t use it, the neighbor will.&lt;/p&gt;
