		<description>&lt;p&gt;Wind energy is a little sister of solar energy, but even with that wind energy can give us a plenty reason for investing in it. I think that government don&#039;t invest enough in it, because it cannot earn so much as from oil or guns. Hope that it will be changed now when is new president...&lt;/p&gt;
