		<description>&lt;p&gt;This is a little dubious. Solar power alone can&#039;t power a car, so why would a solar company want to get into the car market? Plug-in+solar hybrids? Certainly solar companies need battery expertise... It sounds like they had an idea and were just making a low offer to see how desperate GM is.&lt;/p&gt;
