		<description>&lt;p&gt;In my modest opinion, all projects based on lithium batery technology will end up producing expensive vehicles, like Tesla, Volt, etc., including Better Place&#039;s announced Renault EV. The raw material is expensive and the technology too sophisticated to make vehicles to compete with current innexpensive vehicles.&lt;/p&gt;
