		<description>&lt;p&gt;It&#039;s such a joke. I live on a 38,000 ranch in south texas. ExxonMObil has a big operation here with old compressors from 1947 that pollute like crazy. They have entire compliance department to make sure they get grandfathered and loopholes exist.

ExxonMobil has gas leaking out of old stuff, smoke stacks puffing away, they could care less. I live here. I take the photos I film the videos. I have access! You can see up close how ExxonMobil operates right here in south texas in 2008.&lt;/p&gt;
